On Boarding & Verification:

Visa Arrangements: Once the candidates are shortlisted on your end, we inform the successful candidates the interview venue and date, and make the visa arrangements for them as well as you to the required country where the event is being held.
Booking Business Center: Post visa arrangements done of every candidate, we book the business centre where the interview will be conducted. Along with this, the hotel rooms where the candidates will be residing is booked. This is generally close to the interview venue.
Flight Arrangements: Flight arrangements are done for the short listed candidates and the client representatives to arrive at the venue and back. The flight is usually one day prior to the interview. The recruitment coordinators are in continuous touch with the candidates in case they lose their way or are unaware of any procedures.
Logistics: Cab or private cars then await the candidate with a tour guide if needed to know about the city as well as to take them to the hotel accommodations arranged there.
Reference Checking:
After the initial in-depth interview with the appropriate hiring manager and upon candidate approval to take the next step, we conduct a thorough reference check, which includes:

We have special tie ups with leading hotels in the UAE and across the globe to arrange recruitment campaigns. We make sure the client as well as candidate is hospitable and are in good hands while preparing for their interviews. Hotels booked for the candidates are generally booked close to the interview venue, so they could reach before time as well as give it a good shot at the interview.We make sure the hotel is not more than 5 minutes awayfrom the venue where the interview is to be held. Both of these locations will be close to the airport to save time, cost and increase efficiency of both parties.
